Experiencing resilient leadership with Horses
17TH and 18th of september 2026 / hofgut albführen, germany

We create a learning space in which resilient leadership can be experienced and embodied.
For leaders and organisations who see psychological safety and resilience as a competitive advantage.
Resilient leadership is not only about individual strength. It is about creating conditions in which teams can speak up, adapt and perform, even under pressure.
A core foundation of resilient teams is psychological safety: the shared belief that people can contribute ideas, raise concerns and learn from mistakes without fear.
Resilient Leadership with Horses is a 1.5-day experiential leadership programme that supports leaders in developing personal resilience and in consciously fostering psychological safety within teams.
Through embodied learning, reflection and equine-assisted experiences, leaders explore how their presence, behaviour and communication directly shape team climate and performance.
  • Why horses
Horses are highly sensitive to subtle signals such as posture, tension, emotional state and intention.
They respond immediately and without judgement.
In the context of resilient leadership and psychological safety, horses make visible:
    • how leadership presence affects trust and cooperation
    • how inner stability (or the lack of it) influences group dynamics
    • how clarity, calmness and consistency create safety and direction
    • how teams respond when leadership signals change
This form of learning connects thinking, feeling and action, creating insight that is memorable and transferable.
  • What you can expect
This programme focuses on the interconnected dimensions of resilience, leadership behaviour and team culture:
    • Understanding how stress, uncertainty and pressure influence leadership behaviour
    • Strengthening self-regulation, emotional awareness and inner stability
    • Exploring the leader’s role in creating psychological safety within teams
    • Experiencing how presence, clarity and trust affect collaboration and performance
    • Developing adaptive leadership responses in complex or changing environments
    • Translating insights into concrete actions for everyday leadership and team practice
Resilience and psychological safety are not taught as concepts, they are experienced, reflected and embodied.
  • Who is this course for
This programme is designed for leaders and organisations who understand that resilience and psychological safety are strategic capabilities and a competitive advantage.
    It is particularly suited for:
    • Leaders and executives responsible for teams and performance
